An international company observed a sudden diversion of a portion of its clientele following the departure of one of its employees to a competitor located within the same geographical sector.

As the diversions were still ongoing at the time of the law firm’s engagement, YL Avocats facilitated a procedure for the collection of evidence and deterrence.
The Judicial Court validated the measure and authorized the seizure of various documents demonstrating the diversion. The diversions ceased as a result of this procedure.
