Cyberbullying (“Mila’s case”)

In the context of the trial of the Mila case, YL Avocats represented one of the defendants.

The latter was accused of cyberbullying and death threats.

YL Avocats identified an irregularity in the custody procedure and, during the trial, successfully secured the annulment of the entire custody.

YL Avocats achieved an acquittal on the charges of death threats.
