Marc Bailly
Following an academic year in the United States, Marc Bailly joined the French top law school Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and the very selective “Grande École” program of the top-ranked ESSEC Business School.
Admitted in the Paris Bar in 2014, he joined the antitrust team of the English law firm Linklaters until 2018.
During these years, he worked on international cartel cases and advised firms in their merger- acquisition operations as well as in their vertical relationships (Supplier/ Retailer).
As Secrétaire de la Conférence in 2017, he acquired a solid practical experience of criminal cases, especially in their investigation and trial phases. In 2018, Marc Bailly joined the litigation team of the English law firm Clifford Chance where he worked on complex corruption and financial criminal law cases.
Since 2020, Marc Bailly is listed on the International Criminal Court list of Assistants to Counsel.
Marc Bailly teaches at Sciences Po Bordeaux in the European Affairs Master.
Experienced in cases involving major international groups and working daily in English, he is committed to apply the high-level standards expected by large corporation to all his cases.
